Voucher Lies

(Elisa) Peterson, the executive director of Parents for Choice in Education "believes the state support for vouchers is out there -- based on a survey from January, where 56 percent of Utahns supported choice in education."
Source, Daily Herald

After reading this article I called Daily Herald reporter Brooke Barker and asked her if she had verified Peterson's percentages. She explained that the percentages where on the Parent's for Choice in Education website.

So that must make it so.

I then suggested that she should double check Peterson's percentages.

Thank goodness the Deseret News already has.

Its sad when people feel they need to lie to get what they want.

Here’s that survey, Rob.

Differently worded questions. Different days. Different polling firms.

I don’t see where anyone is lying.

"Liberal" Funny how people feel that this word will kill anything associated with it.

James 1: 5
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Shouldn't we all be liberal like our Father in Heaven?

In the original economic sense, "liberal" means free markets, small government, few government regulations.

It's only been in recent decades that the Left has hijacked the term liberal for their own purposes.

It seems that it has bee the Right who has hi-jacked the name and turned it into a negative label.

I see where they are lying in their literature, everyday.

How can anyone trust a poll that was commissioned by PFC.
