The percentage chance that Rob spelled it "Repel-icans" on purpose: 90%
Sounds like we need a ballot initiative since the pelicans would most assuredly kill a bill in the lege. I don't know how Iowa got the republicans to go along with it in the lege?
Maybe the Utah Democratic Party should invite leaders of the Iowa Democratic Party, and the Legislative Service Bureau for some input. It would make a great news cycle.
