oe is a high school history and government teacher who has lived in Legislative District 25 for over 25 years. He has been active in Democratic politics since he was 17 years old when he was elected as a delegate to the state and county Democratic conventions. In addition to being a classroom teacher for 23 years, he has also been a teacher's union president (Davis Education Association), a member of the UEA Board of Directors and Political Action Committee (UEA-PAC) and the President of the Salt Lake City School Board.
