The State Senate Democratic Caucus held their leadership elections today and the Utah Amicus wants to congratulate what I believe is a great leadership team!

Senator Pat Jones addresses Washington County Democrats

Senator Jones articulated issues of concern to southern Utah Democrats. Education remains the most important issue in Washington County, but issues like the environment and affordable housing are also increasingly important to voters in the area. Democrats offer solutions that appeal to southern Utah's growing population of Democratic and independent voters, and the future offers excellent opportunity for the Party as a result.
