Mosque

When we choose to be offended, we certainly will be.

I think I'll  move past my personal bias and emotion and uphold the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Liberty is fragile.  Let's not be fooled again and fall into the trap of blanket condemnation.

Succinct and well put. They do have the right and that in its self should be supported. Plus, the mosque is proposed to be in a building already used by Muslims that is next to Ground Zero, not actually built ON Ground Zero.

To please most everyone, perhaps NYC should build a World Religions Center.

Heather,
I really like your idea of a Multi-Religious Center, representing Christians, Jews & Muslims, they all worship the Same God, Maybe, just Maybe they could all begin to realize that they are just trying to describe the same ellephant while blindfolded.
