This sounds more like the coal industry being extorted than an example of green policies not harming our economy. All of the costs the coal industry incurs are pushed to the consumers.
You've linked to an example of how green policies are most likely to harm our economy not how they won't. Government leans on businesses...businesses pay up...consumer prices increase.
