reasons a woman can not be president

Why is there so much interest and support for Hillary Clinton for president? According to Article II of the U.S. Constitution, which describes the powers and qualifications for the president, the words "he" or "his" are used about 15 times. How can she become president? Or is this another case of liberal interpretation, where the Constitution really doesn't mean what it says? Even Amendment 25, ratified in 1967, mentions "he" or "his" seven times.

To anon #1 - What on earth does a photo of Senator Pat Jones speaking to us at the Iron County Convention have to do with electing a woman president?? Did Rob mention "Hillary" anywhere in this post? No, it is just a photo of the good Senator speaking to about 30 Democratic party faithfuls in Cedar City.

Further, you've got to be kidding me about the "he" and "him" thing. We've already set a precedent that women can be politically elected, that they can be senators and congresswomen, and they can even be governors. Why not a president? Sounds like someone is being a little bit TOO politically correct.

To anon #2 -- Our crowd was about 30 people - looks smaller cause it was a big room. Anyway, I heard the Iron County GOP didn't have too many attendees, either. We had 30 people and for Rural Democrats, that's a good crowd.

fair game Emily..if it's the democrats the Clintons are some how invovled..just like a union gang boss at the top of the food chain.

I'm glad Anon brought up the idea of the constution..since it is not gender neutral I'd like to think that if she won a law suit like bush v gore would keep her out of the white house and she be exiled to NYC
