thanks for featuring Rep Neuenschwander who cast one of the key votes for vouchers

I also featured Commissioner Bret Millburn (the guy who beat me in the Davis County Commission race).

As the post title states, I am surrounded but confident; the voucher fight is not over.

Do these people really work...any of them?

You need to spend some time at the legislature. They have meetings from 8am to 8pm and work on the weekends, to boot. they absolutely work. To say they don't is pretty naive.

It's true. And that doesn't count all the 6:30 a.m. phone calls from KSL, or the nightly 2 a.m. wake-up to sketch out policy ideas.

Workaholism is a common personality trait for almost all legislators - the good the bad, and the ugly from all states and on both sides of the aisle.

Agreed, these are the hardest working people I have ever met.

Rob,
are you sure that is you in between Millburn & Neuenschwander?
I know Rob Miller and that's doesn't look Rob Miller!
To answer the question if they work up on the hill; just the Democrats work, that other party has lobbyists and interns to do everything...(ha, ha)
Rob,
I love your "new & improved" blog site!

Rob,
I meant to say that your wearing "Clark Kent" glasses in the photo and you have a different look.
Good luck with the Democratic Senate Website!

They should just kick back and let the lobbyists do the work

Please Revise the Senate Democratic blog!!! It looks really dorky, cheap, and lame ! These people deserve better. These people are Democratic Senators representing us on the Hill. My senator is there, and I'm turning in the grave that I don't have yet.

There was still a lot of work intended for the Democratic Senate Site. What you saw was the rough sketch.

The rough images, biographies, and blog were not complete.

We decided to announce the site before it's completion to raise awareness and hopefully some excitement.

We also thought it would be fun for those interested to see the site's evolution.

Unfortunately the site has been canceled and the revisions and other surprises we intended for the site will not be implemented.

Now you can rest easy when you reach you final destination, a inevitability that I hope will not occur anytime soon.

With every best wish,

Rob,

how come the website was cancelled?
