Labor Day at Mueller Park (Family Home Evening)

Today was Anna's fourth birthday. Anna's official celebration was Saturday (stay tuned), but since today was her real birthday it was Anna who decided that we would spend family home evening roasting marshmallows at Bountiful's Mueller Park.

Sami boy decided that walking in the stream was better than walking on rocks, and once Anna saw that Sami could do it she decided she could too.

Abby on the other hand was more interested in developing a proper marshmallow tanning procedure . Both Michelle and I were amazed by Abby's patience, skill, and well developed technique. We both had to admit that at Abby's age the best we could manage was the flaming, flying, crispy, sticky technique.

Our time at Mueller Park was a fun family adventure that ended with an inspired prayer on the gratitude of family, and our time there left Michelle and I wondering why we are not utilizing this wonderful place more often.

Check out Bountiful's Mueller Park, and consider it Highly Recommended by The Utah Amicus, and by the grateful Miller family!
