Happy Birthday!
It was Jeff Bell who first introduced me to Utah Policy Daily, and now look at me! Some people need their early morning coffee. Others need nictotine. My early morning fix invoves a B-line to the PC so I can read and utilize UPD. Another fact is that I go back to the site several times a day; I just can't help myself!
I wonder if I can have LaVarr Webb arrested for dealing?
